Sunbeam Bread Maker Recipe for Pizza Dough

Personally, I use my Sunbeam a lot to make pizza dough. I just love pizza and this bread maker works extremely well for this. Usually making pizza means a big mess, but that’s not the case if you use a bread maker.

Bread Machine Pizza Dough

The below recipe is enough for two 12” pizzas.

Ingredients

  • 3 ¾ cup bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil (or olive oil)

Instructions

Always start with adding the liquid ingredients first. After that you can add the dry ingredients. Keep the yeast separate. Yeast is added last (and you need to make a hole in the dry ingredients).

Choose the dough cycle. This should be number 8 on your Sunbeam. Make sure you close the lid, and press start. Then, you just wait until your dough cycle has finished.

Carefully remove the dough from your machine so you don’t spill any. Roll the dough out so it fits your pizza pans (keep a 1″ edge).

Brush with oil, and let the crust rise for 10-15 minutes. After that you can add the tomato sauce + your favorite toppings.

Bake at 400⁰F for 25 minutes. Check when the crush is brown.

Sunbeam Bread Maker Recipe for White Bread

White Bread with Sunbeam

Read the full recipe below.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast (both rapid or instant work)
  • 1 ½ cup warm water
  • 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoons of baking soda

Instructions

First of all, like always, you need to start the machine. Make sure the kneading arm is installed too.

Always remember that the bread machine yeast goes in last. Add all the wet ingredients. After this is done, add the dry ingredients as well.

Make a round hole in the dry ingredients and place the yeast inside it. Try to make sure the yeast doesn’t touch the liquids.

Choose medium crust. Of course you can use different settings, depending how you would like your bread.

Once it is done, you can take it out and let it cool off on a cooling rack.

Sunbeam Bread Machine Recipe for Bread Sticks

This is probably one of our favorite snacks that we’ve made with a bread machine. It’s relatively fast (ready in about 2 hours) and very tasty! What more do you want? Read further for the complete recipe.

Bread Sticks

We followed the recipe of Cookin Jo, so all credits go to him/her!

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg white’

Instructions

Add all the ingredients (in the exact above order) in your bread machine. Only exclude the last 2 ingredients (water and egg white). These will later be used for glazing.

Start the machine and use the dough cycle setup. When the dough is sufficiently mixed, take it out of the machines.

You should cut the dough into small pieces (we usually do small pieces the size of a chicken egg). Start rolling and stretching with your hands into 6 to 8 inch ropes.

An ungreased baking sheet comes in handy. You should use this after you have rolled out all your dough. Cover the baking sheet with a tea towel and let it rise for approximately 20 minutes. After this, mix the egg and a tablespoon of water to make a glaze and brush it over the breadsticks after they are risen.

You can add things such as sesame seeds or salt if you like, but it’s not necessary for having the best bread sticks.

The final step is baking at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. You know when the breadsticks are done when they turn golden brown. It should be done in about 2 hours. Enjoy!

Sunbeam Bread Machine Recipe for the Cinnamon Rolls

Who doesn’t love a nice cinnamon roll. If you’re tired of bread and want something else, then this dessert is the perfect option for you! Below you will find the complete recipe to make these delicious treats with your sunbeam bread machine.

Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Filling

  • 2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 teaspoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Start with putting the yeast in the bread machine first. Then add flour, salt and sugar. When this is done, you should melt some butter in the microwave. Here you should add the milk, water and beaten egg.

You should pour this liquid on the dry ingredients that are already in the bread machine. Choose the dough setting and let the bread maker do its thing.

After it’s done, take it out and knead in enough flour (put it on a lightly floured surface) so it’s easier to handle. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough on the surfice. Make sure you roll it out into a rectangular shape to approx 1/4-inch thick.

Now is where you start with the filling. Use the filling and spread it over the entire surface of dough with a spoon. After this you roll the dough up.

Cut into a circle with a sharp knife about  1-inch thick. After this step, you should place the result in a greased 9×13-inch pan. Cover this with a tea towel and leave it in a warm place. This takes approximately 30 minutes, until it’s double in size.

The final step is to bake these delicious treats in an oven of  350° for about 25 minutes. It should be light brown on top. When done, finish with the glaze. Enjoy your cinnamon rolls!
